Section – 65. Past liabilities
No suit or other proceeding shall lie in any court or before any authority for recovery of any debt or part thereof relating to an inter-State migrant worker, after completion of his employment, if such obligation remains unsettled against the contractor or the principal employer. Such debt or part thereof shall, upon completion of the worker’s employment, be deemed to have been extinguished.
