Section – 52. Appeal.
(1) Any person aggrieved by an order under section 47, section 48 or section 51 may, within thirty days from the date of communication of the order, file an appeal before the appellate authority prescribed by the appropriate Government under sub-section (6) of section 119:
Provided that the appellate authority may admit an appeal after the expiry of thirty days if satisfied that there was sufficient cause for the delay.
(2) Upon receipt of the appeal, the appellate authority shall, after giving the appellant an opportunity of being heard, dispose of the appeal within thirty days from the date of filing.
