Section – 40. Facilities to be afforded to InspectorcumFacilitator
Every employer of an establishment shall provide all reasonable facilities to the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator, the Inspector-cum-Facilitator having jurisdiction, or any person authorised by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator, for carrying out entry, inspection, survey, measurement, examination or inquiry under this Code.
