Section – 37. Third party audit and certification
(1) The appropriate Government may, by notification, frame a scheme to empanel experts possessing prescribed qualifications and experience for specified start-up establishments or classes of establishments.
(2) The experts empanelled under sub-section (1) shall—
(a) be assigned third-party audit and certification in a randomised manner through a web-based system by the appropriate Government;
(b) conduct audit and certification in accordance with the manner and purpose specified in the scheme; and
(c) perform prescribed duties and submit their reports to the concerned employer as well as to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator.
