Section – 58. Power to exempt in special cases.
The appropriate Government may, in case of an emergency, by notification, direct that, subject to specified conditions and restrictions and for such period as may be mentioned, all or any provisions of this Code or the rules made thereunder shall not apply to any establishment, class of establishments, or class of contractors.
