Section – 50. Information regarding work order to be given to the appropriate Government.
(1) When a contractor receives a work order from an establishment, either to supply contract labour or to execute work through contract labour, he shall, within the prescribed time and manner, intimate the authority referred to in section 119.
(2) If the contractor fails to provide such intimation, the designated authority may, after giving the licence holder an opportunity to be heard, suspend or cancel the licence in the prescribed manner.
